Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Terms for booking, payment, changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints.
Booking and price
Before you book we show the service, its main characteristics, the total price with mandatory taxes and fees, and these terms. The contract is concluded when we confirm in writing by email. Extras are added only with your consent (Law No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" of 10 June 2023).
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel by email from the booking address; it takes effect when received. Refund scale: over 14 days before the start – full refund less third-party fees; 7–14 days – 50%; under 7 days or no-show – none. If we cancel, you receive an alternative or a full refund; for force majeure, a date change or a refund less third-party costs. Refunds are paid to the original method within 14 days; no fee. Tourist tax, deposits and extras are disclosed before confirmation.
Complaints
Email contact@qynzoria.com; we reply within 10 calendar days. Quality complaints follow Law No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" of 10 June 2023. If unresolved, contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (details on its official website).
Data, tourism and language
Booking data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice (Law No. 3993-IX "On Personal Data Protection" of 25 January 2025). Where we act as a tour operator or agency, we disclose that status and the tour terms before booking (Law No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" of 15 September 1995).
